Launch new service - circular economy

 

The purpose of the assignment was to establish a new service in the Nordic market together with an international customer, as part of the customer's strategic goal of expanding services in the circular economy space. Our role included overall responsibility for the project. From project management and business analysis, to mapping of processes and flows, as well as decision support on value proposition and process for operational implementation.
